We manage properties with care, provide referrals to essential community resources, and steward funding wisely to preserve long-term affordability. Beyond housing, we are committed to helping residents rise above challenges by promoting personal, economic, and social upward mobility. Flowers Court is a community of 50 apartments located on a tree-lined private street with a quiet cul-de-sac. We offer two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.

Administrative and maintenance staff are on-site Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays), with maintenance staff available after hours for emergencies only.

Myrtle Terrace is a welcoming community in Belmont, NC, offering 32 one-bedroom apartments in a two-story building designated for elderly and/or disabled individuals. Conveniently located near downtown Belmont at the corner of N. Central Street and W. Myrtle Street, the property features an elevator and on-site laundry facilities.

A property manager is available Monday–Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A part-time maintenance mechanic is also assigned to the property and is available after hours for emergencies.

Already a resident?

Belmont Housing Authority is happy to introduce our residents to a new Resident Portal web tool to provide additional services by BHA. Through this Resident Portal, residents will be able to pay rent online via debit/credit cards and e-checks, view and update contact information, view and edit bank information, submit work orders online, communicate with BHA through the Secure Document Exchange, and fill out and sign recertification documents electronically.
